KACC CALENDAR OF EVENTS
AUGUST

THROUGH AUGUST 17 “Hometown Crafts Teachers’ Art Show,” Exhibit of the work of Hill Country teachers. Awards and reception August 9, 4-6 pm.

AUGUST 7 – AUGUST 31 “Ancient Roots,” Multi-media exhibit featuring the artworks of Barbara Loyd, Jackie Heupel, Beth Hughes, Marion Loucks, Suzanne Morhart, and Liz Napier.

AUGUST 14 – SEPTEMBER 7 “Downtown Retrospective,” A collection of photographs depicting the historical downtown area of Kerrville past and present.

AUGUST 21 – OCTOBER 12 “87th Annual National Watercolor Society Traveling Exhibition,” A collection of works from the 2007 National Exhibition showcasing the world’s most highly respected artists. Kerr Arts & Cultural Center will be the only Texas venue to host this remarkable exhibit.

SEPTEMBER 4 - 21 “Guadalupe Watercolor Group Show and Sale.” 

SEPTEMBER 11 - OCTOBER 5 “Representational Watercolor,” Paintings and miniatures in watercolor by Bobbie Brown Marsh.

SEPTEMBER 25 - OCTOBER 19 “Quilts and Other Art Forms,Fiber art quilts and fiber art interpreted with other art forms by Kerr Arts & Cultural Center artists and Hill Country Quilt Guild members.

OCTOBER
OCTOBER 9 – NOVEMBER 2 “Fragments.”  Mixed media artwork by the creative Visions 10 art group.

OCTOBER 15 – 19 “Kerr Arts & Cultural Center Artists’ Sale,” Member artists selling their works at
exceptional prices.

OCTOBER 23 - DECEMBER 6 “Ninth Annual Texas Furniture Makers Show,” Statewide competition of the finest custom furniture makers in Texas.  Reception and awards ceremony November 1, 6-8 pm.

10 am - 4 pm Tuesday - Saturday
1 - 4 pm Sunday
