Cooking Demonstration

February 11, 1-3 pm, $35 per person

Celebrated gourmet chef Karen Vaucher, owner of Old Stone Market spice company in Harper, will present a cooking demo and tasting celebrating Mediterranean cuisine and lifestyle.

Wine Seminar
February 11, 3:30 - 5 pm, $35 per person

Those wanting to learn more about wine will be entertained and edcated by Leah McGee, former Sonoma Valley sommelier. Featuring wines from Messina Hoff Winery.

Chocolate Fantasy
February 12, 1-4 pm, $15 per person
($20 at the door)
The signature all you can eat chocolate buffet includes the "Best Hill Country Chocolate Contest" and a silent auction.

Best Hill Country Chocolate Contest:

Competiton in multiple categories with awards for both professional and non-professional cooks: Best Cookie or Bar, Best Candy, Best Cake, and Best other Chocolate, and we will also be giving awards for Best Presentation, Best Overall Taste, and Peoples Choice. In other words, there will be something for everybody, and the best part is that all entries, those that win awards and those that don't, will all go on the "All-You-Can-Eat" Chocolate Buffet.

To enter the contest both professional and non-professional cooks should come by KACC or click on the link below to download a contest entry form. Fill out the entry form and reserve table space, and then bring or send in the completed entry form and the $5 entry fee to KACC.  Entries should be delievered KACC between 10-11 AM on Sunday, February 12th for our judges to sample and the awards to be announced. Then step back as the crowds descend on the tables when the Buffet opens at 1 PM.
